I’m back from my little trip away. I had a lovely time being with my two nieces although was so hard leaving them yesterday. My sister had another little girl! thank goodness I didn’t finish the blue jumper I was knitting. I was almost done and kept thinking to myself, what if it isn’t a boy. She is the cutest little baby I have ever seen, she looks like a doll.

I got back home so late and it was so hard getting up this morning to go to work. But I managed to make it through the day, although I think I was half asleep. It was hard getting back into the rhythm of working and it was only 3 working days I missed.

I’ve got writers block…can’t think of what else to say. All I can say is that I am happy to be back home, it seems so different. Don’t forget to leave me a comment.

I have one day left before I leave for my sisters. It is going to be a crazy day. But hopefully the weather is better up north. Sydney has been so cold lately. Yesterday I had to go into work, yes on a Sunday. It was so hard getting up as Saturday night they were showing good movies all night. I finally got to sleep at 12am and had to wake up the next day at 6:30am. Anyway, I wore my ugg boots and I had a scarf on…it was freezing!!

I was looking at my stats and noticed that I had a visitor. Joshua is his name and he is a web designer. Funny that! cause he copied my layout!!! He didn’t even change one bit of it and he is using MY pictures that are in MY server. Check it out here.

It is Tuesday today and I have just gotten home from work and I am so upset with myself. I was driving on my way to an appointment and I get to a set of lights that just start turning orange. On my way through the lights turned red and just my luck I passed through and I got a photo taken. The lights had a red light camera so now I have to pay like $200 for that fine. I could scream, what a waste of money!!

It seems like heaps of things have gone wrong lately or perhaps I get irritated too easily. I installed the latest wordpress 2.5.1 and it turned off my comments. I don’t know why I had to update it since 2.5 was working fine, it is just irritating to see the notice in your dashboard, your wordpress is not up to date…update it now. Also I didn’t end up getting that new apple laptop I wanted. The day before I was due to get it we get an email at work saying that new legislation has come out and salary sacrifice will not be accepted. One day before, what are the chances??

Saturday I cook some things for a party we are celebrating. I make profiteroles, tarts, cake and corn fritters and chicken balls. We get there later than everyone else, everyone at this stage is eating. We put the food on the table and it goes in seconds. Mainly the young kids eating it all. Anyway, later I’m outside and most of the food I made is there on plates or on the grass where I see a bird eating it. I also see some in the rubbish. It made me mad…I spend ages cooking that day and I had fun cooking it all. They ruined it for me.

The good thing is it was a public holiday Monday and I only work three days this week. Friday is my RDO and I’m finally planning to go watch Sex and the city. Next week I will go to my sisters. Her baby will be born, and I’m looking forward to that. I haven’t advanced much in the jumper I’m knitting. I guess I better do some more before I go, see if I can get it done by next week.
